ARE CUSTOM ORDERS REFUNDABLE?

Due to the unique nature of your custom order, we are unable to refund customized product(s). However, we are more than happy to correct any mistake we've made.

WHAT IS OUR PROCESSING TIME?

Excluding bulk orders, custom orders usually take 2-4 days to process, while our Classic designs usually ship within 24 hours.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A CURRENT PRODUCT ON YOUR WEBSITE?

YES! If you see an item you love and would like to make a small change (i.e. a small color change or adding your name), we are more than happy to work with you.

A full redesign of our products would incur a small fee.
